Senior Data Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lead Data Manager responsible for overseeing data management activities throughout the clinical study lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all data management activities from study start-up through database lock and archiving
• Act as the primary contact for clients and project teams, ensuring quality and timely study delivery
• Mentor and train team members while leading process improvement initiatives within the department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in programming, health-related sciences, or a relevant field with 5-8 years of Data Management experience
• Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of electronic data capture (EDC) clinical data management systems
• Proven history of continuous improvement in data management processes
• Understanding of clinical research and the role of Data Management in the clinical study process
• Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to multiple data management platforms
