Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Manager to oversee clinical trial data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the data management lead for multiple trials, ensuring high-quality outcome data from design to closeout
• Develop trial design documents and manage data-related concerns during trial delivery and closeout
• Collaborate with the product team to enhance data management processes and mentor junior team members

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in clinical trial data management in an academic or commercial setting
• Line management experience with a focus on fostering a collaborative environment
• Experience with CDISC standards such as SDTM is a bonus
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment and work with multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for improving healthcare and new treatment development
