Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Manager to lead global clinical data management efforts across multiple large-scale studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all data management deliverables
• Lead and manage multiple global studies or programs, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance
• Provide mentorship and training to junior data management team members, fostering growth and expertise

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant data management experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
• At least 7 years as an Independent Lead Data Manager, overseeing complex global studies
• Proven experience in root cause analysis, CAPA development, and technical writing
• Strong understanding of GCP, CDISC standards, and clinical trial data systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, Veeva Vault)
