Senior Data Manager, Clinical Research

Job Summary

Collaborating with clinical research leadership, the full-time Senior Data Manager, Clinical Research will develop high-quality research data sets and reports using the Clinical Data Warehouse, while supporting operational improvements and ensuring compliance with data policies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with research leadership to identify data resources and develop efficient reporting mechanisms for research initiatives
• Translate data requirements into SQL queries and present data for analysis and decision-making
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and develop standard operating procedures to ensure data reliability and compliance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, technology, or clinical systems environments, including SQL programming
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in process development and system-level improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in SQL programming and working with administrative datasets for research purposes
• Knowledge of healthcare, clinical, financial, or technology systems and related data environments
