Senior Data Migration Analyst
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end delivery of complex data migration projects, the full-time Senior Technical Services Analyst will work remotely to analyze legacy data structures, design migration strategies, and validate deployed data while serving as a subject matter expert across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of data migration projects, including requirements gathering, extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and go-live support
- Translate customer operational models and legacy data structures into effective migration strategies, considering downstream impacts on workflows and reporting
- Mentor junior analysts on SQL, data architecture, and migration best practices while contributing to internal tooling and process design
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in data migration, data operations, or a technical implementation role within a SaaS environment
- In-depth experience writing SQL, including complex joins and validation techniques
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts
- Proven ability to manage Enterprise-level customer relationships from a technical perspective
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data cleansing techniques
