Senior Data Migration Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting a large ERP transformation initiative, the contract Senior Data Migration Engineer will extract, analyze, and transform data from JD Edwards (JDE) 9.2 for migration into Oracle Fusion, working independently in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Extract, analyze, and transform data from JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 for migration
- Work with JDE tables to identify, map, and prepare data for migration while troubleshooting data quality and conversion issues
- Create documentation for data mappings and support testing and validation of migrated data
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2
- Deep understanding of JDE table structures and database design
- Experience supporting HR and Payroll modules within JD Edwards
- 4 years of SQL development experience
- Experience with data migration, ETL, and data transformation projects
