Senior Data Modeler

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Data Modeler will collaborate with business stakeholders to design data models and structures that enhance data-driven decision-making and support business strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify how data can be leveraged to improve decision-making in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Design data structures, models, and pipelines while working with technology teams to provide architectural solutions
• Research and promote data architecture best practices, participating in architecture and design reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in developing analytical capabilities with end users
• 6 years of hands-on experience in data modeling, SQL-based database management, integration, and ETL/data pipeline design
• Expert-level SQL coding experience
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to all levels of employees and management
