Senior Data Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Owning the systems and workflows behind client reporting and campaign delivery, the full-time Senior Data Operations Analyst will troubleshoot data issues, manage custom requests, and connect various platforms while working remotely in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Own and prioritize data requests based on urgency, client impact, and revenue risk
- Build and maintain Sigma workbooks, Snowflake views, and troubleshoot issues across Salesforce, Fivetran, and downstream reporting
- Develop dashboards and custom analyses while resolving data-quality issues and maintaining synchronization between Salesforce orders and DSP campaigns
Required qualifications
- Strong SQL and Snowflake experience, including views and troubleshooting
- Advanced Sigma or comparable business-intelligence experience, including workbook design and client reporting
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, data pipelines, and SaaS connections such as Fivetran
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, DSP data, and campaign delivery
- Experience supporting client reporting, permissions, and external data delivery
