Senior Data Operations Manager
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Senior GTM Data Operations Manager will ensure the operational health, governance, and integrity of customer and prospect data across the company's go-to-market systems, partnering closely with various teams to maintain reliable data foundations and improve data quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the operational steward for customer and prospect data, ensuring accuracy and governance across GTM systems
- Administer enrichment workflows and monitor integration success rates while troubleshooting failures
- Support operational readiness for new fields and integrations, ensuring reliable data flow across systems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related GTM operations function
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM data management principles
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, and GTM data platforms
- Familiarity with SQL and data warehouse concepts is a plus
- Experience maintaining data quality through governance and operational data hygiene
