Senior Data Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the senior technical point of contact for data exchange negotiations, the full-time remote Senior Data Operations Specialist will manage client onboarding, data quality standards, and integration workflows while collaborating with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new client data feeds and ensure smooth handoffs while maintaining data quality standards
• Establish expectations for file exchanges and proactively monitor data quality, addressing issues with client technical teams
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive process improvements and standardization across client integrations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data operations, data integration, or technical client success, preferably in a healthcare SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with SFTP/managed file transfer setup and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data formats such as EDI 834/837, HL7, and FHIR
• Proven ability to communicate technical requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in leading process improvement initiatives and a commitment to data quality ownership
