Senior Data Platform Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Data Platform Engineer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade disaster recovery and data replication solutions
- Lead the technical roadmap for disaster recovery infrastructure and mentor engineering teams
- Architect and implement robust ETL pipelines and optimize data processing workflows
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with strong coding skills in Python and/or object-oriented Java
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Spark / Apache Flink in production environments
- Deep expertise in data platform architecture and large-scale data processing
- Strong Kubernetes experience including deployment, scaling, and monitoring
- Experience designing and implementing disaster recovery and data replication solutions
