Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Platform Engineer to lead complex data projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and oversee Data Platform Engineers on complex projects related to data environments and CI/CD processes
• Collaborate with various teams to define and implement shared services solutions and ensure adherence to guidelines and procedures
• Lead the installation and administration of data administration tools while providing 24x7 support for critical systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent relevant experience
• Eight years of data management administration experience or related experience
• Experience in executing data migrations from on-premise to cloud environments
• Thorough knowledge of current relational databases such as SQL or PostgreSQL
• Strong knowledge of applicable scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, and Python
