Senior Data Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Platform Engineer to own, maintain, and develop its data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to shape the future needs of the data platform and infrastructure
• Define and implement the live ingestion layer of data into the data platform
• Monitor infrastructure needs and costs while implementing role-based access management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field
• 5+ years of experience in data infrastructure, platform engineering, or data engineering
• Hands-on experience with Databricks; AWS experience is a plus
• Expertise in modern data warehouse architectures and ETL technologies
• Familiarity with access control, data governance, and reliability of infrastructure
