Senior Data Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Senior Data Platform Engineer will create new data products within an AWS data platform, collaborate with product teams and stakeholders, and troubleshoot data pipeline issues while managing stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities:

• Create new data products within the AWS data platform by collaborating with product teams and stakeholders
• Debug issues related to data pipelines and batch jobs while promoting best practices across the platform
• Manage stakeholder communication and proactively resolve contract and data pipeline issues

Required qualifications:

• Solid experience with AWS infrastructure
• Good understanding of stream processing concepts
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and schema management practices
• Strong foundation in data engineering, particularly in data transformation approaches
• Experience with Flink SQL and PyFlink or similar technologies
