Required Qualifications

• BA or MA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field, with expertise in modern data architectures and cloud platforms
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams in data-related roles
• 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data and understanding data governance and compliance
• 3+ years of experience in an agile environment with a focus on iterative development and cross-functional collaboration
