Senior Data Platform Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Technical Product Owner for the enterprise data platform, managing technical backlog and delivery execution
• Lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform reliability and architectural integrity
• Provide coaching and career development for team members while fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, BI development, or data platform roles
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams in Agile delivery environments
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and modern data transformation tools such as dbt
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ELT/ETL pipelines, and modern analytics architectures
