Senior Data Platform Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Platform Support Engineer Senior to maintain and improve their enterprise Data & Analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the end-to-end Data & Analytics platform, ensuring stability, performance, and reliability
• Handle L2/L3 incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and SLA compliance
• Monitor platform health, implement alerting, dashboards, and operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics platform support, or data platform operations
• Strong experience supporting production data platforms in enterprise or managed services environments
• Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Synapse Pipelines, and SQL/Spark transformations
• Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning
• Understanding of data security and access management (RBAC)
