Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Product Manager to join their Data Product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and goals for data offerings
• Create and manage product roadmaps, addressing business needs and defining success metrics
• Analyze data and product experiences to identify significant stakeholder problems and develop solutions

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in software or technology product management
• Extensive experience with agile product and engineering teams in startup or rapid-growth environments
• Strong data analysis skills and expertise with big data and BI tools (e.g., Adobe, Tableau, Looker)
• Experience in insurance, Insurtech, or insurance claims is preferred
• Ability to turn ambiguous inputs into concrete action plans
