Job Summary

Leading the execution and management of data products, the full-time Senior Data Products Manager will oversee teams delivering high-value data solutions in a remote setting, ensuring alignment with business, quality, and regulatory requirements while driving product strategy and performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage data product portfolios and translate broader data strategies into actionable plans and roadmaps
• Prioritize product initiatives based on business value, stakeholder needs, and available resources
• Lead and develop a team of Data Product Managers, promoting accountability and continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience in product management, data, analytics, or technology
• 2 to 5+ years of management experience leading professional-level employees
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms and modern data architectures
• Experience with data governance practices and managing complex cross-functional initiatives
