Senior Data Protection Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance enterprise data protection capabilities, the full-time Senior Data Protection Analyst will design and implement controls to reduce data exposure risk while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy data protection controls across key platforms to prevent unauthorized data exposure
• Drive improvements in data classification coverage and visibility using automated and semantic approaches
• Define and implement controls to govern the use of AI and emerging technologies, ensuring sensitive data protection

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a STEM-related field
• Strong understanding of data protection principles, including data classification and exposure risks
• Experience designing and implementing data protection controls such as DLP and endpoint controls
• Familiarity with data classification approaches, including automated or semantic-based methods
