Senior Data Quality Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the remote Senior Data Quality Analyst will lead analytical efforts to ensure data integrity and accuracy while driving organizational trust in reporting and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to maintain data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Proactively query databases, review data and dashboards, and understand data flow processes
• Support the implementation of data initiatives in collaboration with engineering, finance, and compliance teams

Required qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel; experience with Snowflake and Python is a plus
• Demonstrated analytical mindset with investigation skills and a strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and present findings to stakeholders across the organization
• Experience navigating a startup environment and dealing with uncertainty
• Insurance domain knowledge is ideal but not required
