Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data science initiatives, from problem definition to production deployment
• Design and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to enhance user engagement
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams to integrate scalable data science solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data science with expertise in machine learning
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with data manipulation and visualization tools
• Experience deploying models into production environments and collaborating with engineering teams
• Hands-on experience developing personalization algorithms for content delivery or user-facing platforms
