Senior Data Science Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Data Science Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and oversee the deployment of code and complex data pipelines
• Establish design standards for data pipelines and engineering tools leveraging AI/ML
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and expertise in development best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field with 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience in data engineering
• Proficiency in SQL within cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud and Snowflake
• Experience developing code and orchestration processes in Airflow using Python
• Experience with command-line programming tools such as Google Cloud/AWS SDKs and Snowflake SnowSQL
• Experience in an agile environment leading development of requirements and managing workflows
