Senior Data Science Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Data Scientists in investigating complex issues and defining key metrics
• Partner with leadership to adopt quantitative analysis and drive measurement strategy
• Provide insights to help business and product leaders understand marketplace dynamics and user behaviors

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience managing a team of data scientists
• Degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in data analytics or related quantitative role
• Experience with funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, and regression models
• Proficiency in SQL queries, ETL, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis using tools like Matlab, R, SAS, or Python
