Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee models and systems for clinical risk adjustment quantification and submissions processes
• Translate business goals into actionable plans for the team
• Lead and manage a team of data scientists and collaborate with stakeholders across functional areas

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in industry or quantitative technical fields
• 4+ years of experience with SQL, R, and/or Python for data analysis
• 4+ years of experience building data models and using advanced analytics methods
• 1+ years of people management experience
• Advanced degree in a quantitative or technical field is a bonus
