Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Science Manager responsible for leading a data science team to validate AI and machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee independent validation of model frameworks, assumptions, and performance in compliance with regulatory expectations
• Manage validation timelines, resource allocation, quality, and efficiency
• Provide strategic consultation and thought leadership to senior business partners

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline with extensive model development/validation experience
• Expertise in traditional Machine Learning and emerging AI modeling methods
• Deep knowledge of banking regulations and applicable laws
• Strong research acumen with the ability to conduct in-depth literature reviews
• People management experience preferred
