Senior Data Science Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Set the direction for the LTV estimation framework to inform strategic and financial decisions
• Define and maintain the LTV roadmap, delivering insights that guide business decisions
• Lead a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (PhD preferred) and 7+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years in a leadership role with a track record of growing talent and delivering strategic outcomes
• Experience in building, validating, and applying statistical machine learning methods
• Fluency in Python and SQL, with experience in cloud-based environments
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally to align data science priorities with business initiatives
