Senior Data Science Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Science Manager, Lifetime Value.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the direction for the LTV estimation framework to inform strategic and financial decisions
• Define and maintain the LTV roadmap, evolving models to guide current and future business decisions
• Lead a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (PhD preferred) with 7+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years in a leadership role with a proven track record of growing talent and delivering strategic outcomes
• Experience in building and applying statistical machine learning methods to industry problems
• Fluency in Python and SQL, with experience in cloud-based environments
• Ability to drive alignment between data science priorities and high-impact business initiatives
