Senior Data Science Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Science Manager, Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists focused on Marketing & Business Development
• Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional leaders, shaping the roadmap and strategy through actionable insights
• Oversee the establishment of measurement frameworks and drive the adoption of strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing a team of data scientists
• Experience in causal inference, A/B testing, and product strategy
• Proficient in SQL and Python/R for hands-on analysis
• Experience enabling analytics self-service for cross-functional teams
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
