Senior Data Science Manager

Job Summary

Leading a talented team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, the full-time remote Senior Data Science Manager will drive the development and deployment of core scoring and ranking algorithms to enhance client engagement and personalization in fashion technology.

Key responsibilities:

• Champion cutting-edge machine learning and AI techniques to enhance client engagement and overall growth
• Represent core algorithmic capabilities in cross-functional forums, translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Oversee the end-to-end algorithm development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment in a production environment

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field; Master's or PhD preferred
• 5+ years of experience in design and deployment of machine learning algorithms, preferably in retail
• 2+ years of direct people management experience with a proven track record of inspiring teams
• Ability to write and review production-grade code, ideally in Python
• Experience with online A/B testing and familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure
