Job Summary

Leading a team of data scientists and analytics engineers, the full-time Senior Data Science Manager will shape the measurement and innovation strategy for personalization and merchandising in a remote setting, driving impactful decision-making through data insights and collaboration across various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team to develop and implement measurement strategies that drive business impact in content distribution
• Ensure timely delivery of decision-ready insights that influence product direction and development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems, articulate tradeoffs, and build a shared understanding of content distribution

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leading data science or analytics teams in algorithmically-focused domains
• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field with expertise in applied data science and experimentation
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to derive insights from complex data
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of influencing partners through data storytelling
• Experience building high-performing teams and developing senior individual contributors into trusted partners
