Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in systems and/or software development, particularly in North American technology or engineering firms
• Minimum of 5 years as a technical lead with experience managing software teams
• Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience in Machine Learning and Robotics
• Strong customer management skills and ability to manage diverse teams effectively
