Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Data Scientist (GenAI) to support a high-impact Grievances initiative focused on applying Generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy Generative AI solutions for member grievance workflows
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and integrate LLM APIs into production workflows
• Collaborate with business partners to develop analytical or AI-driven solutions and contribute to automated grievance resolution letter generation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with data and ML libraries
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs, including building applications using relevant frameworks
• Strong SQL skills and practical experience with large-scale datasets
• Ability to translate complex business problems into clear analytical approaches
