Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics models to enhance decision-making and risk assessment in mortgage lending
• Collaborate with business units to identify data-driven solutions and implement innovative modeling techniques
• Mentor junior data scientists and engineers while ensuring the successful completion of projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum five years of experience in Data Science, with at least two years in a senior role
• Expertise in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS), programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL), and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
• Proven experience with data lake and warehouse best practices
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms
