Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Leading analytics to drive business decisions and enhance customer experiences, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will independently manage end-to-end data science projects, build and maintain performance models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently scope and deliver data science projects, including model development and productionization
• Build and maintain customer segmentation and performance models using various analytical techniques
• Design and analyze experiments to evaluate product features and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leaders

Required qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning
• Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and experimentation
• Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience working with large datasets
• Experience in building segmentation and performance models
• Familiarity with production workflows and model deployment patterns
