Job Summary

Bridging the gap between workforce opportunities and AI capabilities, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will lead the design and deployment of advanced analytics solutions, collaborating with various teams to translate business challenges into scalable data products and decision-support tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of machine learning and AI solutions to address complex business challenges
• Translate ambiguous HR questions into well-defined analytical approaches and scalable data products
• Design and oversee end-to-end data science workflows, ensuring integration of data from multiple sources for analytics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant analytical or data science experience
• Advanced SQL and data modeling experience in complex environments
• Hands-on experience with modern AI approaches, including LLMs and embeddings
• Demonstrated leadership capability in delivering high-impact analytical solutions
