Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support innovative decision-making in AI, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will help design, code, test, and improve models and algorithms remotely, focusing on translating business problems into modeling tasks and evaluating decision-making frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Frame and measure decision problems, translating business asks into modeling tasks and evaluation frameworks
• Develop predictive models and decision logic, implementing and tuning reinforcement learning approaches
• Design experiments and analyze A/B test outcomes to inform product decisions and improve systems

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in applied data science or machine learning
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience handling large datasets
• Experience developing and evaluating supervised ML models
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning or decisioning frameworks
• Degree in a STEM discipline preferred or equivalent practical experience
