Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior R&D Analyst/Product Data Scientist/Modeler.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monitoring, auditing, and analysis of product performance to drive profitability and growth in assigned states and line of business
• Develop and enhance algorithms, prepare comprehensive reports, and recommend process improvements
• Utilize data manipulation tools and predictive modeling techniques to inform product pricing improvements and development

Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of product management, analytical experience in insurance or related industry
• 5+ years of property casualty insurance experience with advanced knowledge preferred
• 5+ years of experience using data manipulation tools and predictive modeling techniques
• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, R, Python, and visualization software
