Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist who will utilize data analysis to inform product development and improve government services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct descriptive data analysis to identify and size problems and collaborate with partners for improvements
• Develop key metrics to measure the effectiveness of products and create dashboards to communicate insights
• Manage medium to large projects, ensuring technical documentation and clear communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a data scientist or in a similar role
• Expertise in Python or R and SQL
• Knowledge of dbt for data transformation and modeling
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Metabase or Tableau
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
