Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end machine learning and data science product development for user-facing features
• Design and conduct experiments to assess the impact of new products and marketing strategies
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to create scalable feature engineering systems

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in data science with proficiency in SQL and statistical modeling
• Experience integrating data products into front-end applications and building scalable backend systems
• Deep experience in building generative AI applications, recommendation systems, and customer segmentation
• Experience in fintech, banking, or finance is a plus
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical insights effectively
