Key Responsibilities

• Develop hypotheses and explore internal datasets for insights on client progression and therapy effectiveness
• Build, train, and validate NLP pipelines while collaborating with ML engineers and backend developers
• Translate data insights into user-facing APIs, dashboards, or reports, ensuring robust integration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied data science experience, including 2 years in NLP or healthcare-related domains
• Strong command of Python data science and machine learning libraries
• Deep understanding of hypothesis-driven research and causal inference
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases
• Experience working with sensitive data in HIPAA-compliant workflows
