Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop data products and machine learning models for Risk, Fraud, Collections, and portfolio management
• Build automated monitoring tools to track model performance
• Lead initiatives from project planning to stakeholder management to drive business value

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative discipline, or Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with data extraction, cleaning, analysis, and building reusable data pipelines
• Proficient in SQL, Spark SQL, and/or Hive
• 3+ years of experience using machine learning techniques and programming languages such as Python
• Experience with AWS EMR, Sage-maker, or other cloud-based platforms is a plus
