Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Scientist focused on Product Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead search-related product initiatives end-to-end
• Build and deploy deep learning models for ranking and personalization
• Identify and execute high-ROI growth levers across the user funnel

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn), SQL, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch Lightning preferred)
• Experience deploying ML models to production, ideally in partnership with engineering teams
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred) and familiarity with Airflow for ML pipelines
• Background in ranking systems, personalization, or recommendation engines (preferred)
• Track record of impact in high-growth tech startups or similar fast-paced environments
