Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to support the Real-World Evidence Analytics Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain R packages and Quarto templates for analytics deliverables
• Translate methodological tutorials into robust, reusable R functions
• Provide user support and troubleshoot issues related to R packages and the Posit Team platform

Required Qualifications

• Strong R programming skills with 1-2 years of experience developing R packages
• Experience with software engineering best practices, including unit tests and version control
• Familiarity with Quarto and reproducible workflows in R
• Experience working with databases and querying data using SQL or dbplyr
• Ability to provide on-call support for internal programmers
