Key Responsibilities

• Build and validate predictive models to estimate the impact of various factors on Net Promoter Score (NPS)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize insights and deliver actionable analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline; master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in advanced analytics or data science roles
• Proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis and model development
• Experience with Databricks for data extraction and transformation
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools like Tableau or Power BI
