Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for football analytics, guiding model development and implementation
• Design and optimize advanced predictive models using tracking data and player performance analytics
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to productionalize and deploy models at scale

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience working with sports data, especially tracking data and player performance analytics
• Deep statistical expertise, including proficiency in Bayesian modeling, machine learning, and optimization
• Strong technical leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide a small team
• Hands-on experience with Python, R, SQL, and cloud-based computing for data processing and modeling
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and sports industry professionals
