Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist - Blockchain Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical data science investigations and develop statistical models to identify patterns related to cryptocurrency fraud
• Research methods to analyze blockchain data and derive insights from large datasets
• Collaborate with engineers and research scientists to design algorithms for complex data structures in cryptocurrencies

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or Physics preferred
• 4+ years of experience in a data science role with end-to-end project leadership
• Proven experience with data science programming languages, particularly Python and SQL
• High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to synthesize complex information
• Experience or interest in blockchain technologies and cryptocurrencies preferred
