Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist, Full Stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of machine learning models to identify patterns related to cryptocurrency fraud and financial crime
• Develop custom algorithms and visualizations for law enforcement agencies to detect new threat vectors
• Collaborate with engineers and research scientists to analyze complex data structures in blockchain technology

Required Qualifications

• Academic background in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or Physics; advanced degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in an analytical role
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL)
• Ability to think about data in terms of statistical distributions and identify patterns
• High tolerance for ambiguity and strong delivery orientation
