Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Scientist (Machine Learning).

Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain end-to-end machine learning models for personalization, inventory optimization, and logistics
• Lead and evolve the ML function to support the growth of the Data Science team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning engineering
• Strong foundation in statistical modeling and classical ML algorithms
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving data-science led roadmaps preferred
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and ML libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, XGBoost, LightGBM)
• Experience with building, deploying, and maintaining models in production environments
