Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Data Scientist (EMR Oncology) to join their Data Science & Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Synthesize business rules and methodologies to address client inquiries with minimal supervision
• Prepare, structure, and analyze raw healthcare data from multiple sources using algorithms
• Ensure data sets and reports meet specifications and facilitate peer review meetings for deliverables

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare, Public Health, Statistics, Research Methods, Computer Science, or related fields (Master's required for Senior role)
• 7+ years of relevant experience in data science or analytics
• 4+ years of programming experience in Python/PySpark and SQL
• 4+ years of hands-on analysis of clinical/healthcare data, particularly with large, longitudinal datasets
• Experience with Databricks or similar platforms for data manipulation and pipeline deployment
